2026 Summit Details:
We are excited that you will be joining us for our 6th Summit. Thank you for the feedback provided in the 2025 survey. We’ve used the information to improve upon the 2026 Summit experience.
By overwhelming support, we are back at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco DC and happy to share that we’ve negotiated a less expensive room rate over 2025. Please see above for Room Block Information. Some other details to share now:
- DC Summit will begin the evening of Tuesday (11/17) at 7:00 pm to allow for travel to DC on Tuesday, minimizing extra hotel nights.
- There is no programming on Friday (11/20) and it is meant to be a travel day for you to return at your leisure.
- For those new to the Summit, the PBA DC Summit is business casual. Leave those suits and formal attire at home, the entire program - including the Closing Dinner - is business casual.
- Both program days Wednesday (11/18) and Thursday (11/19) will begin at 10:00 am. A light continental breakfast will be provided on both days as in the past, however, the late start time allows attendees the opportunity to coordinate their own breakfast meetings.
- The Wednesday evening (11/18) activity and Closing Dinner location will be announced soon.
- And, lastly – as a reminder – while we have already begun work on this year’s program, the preliminary agenda will be announced in September.
The registration fee includes most meals for the duration of the Summit (three receptions with heavy appetizers, two light continental breakfasts, two lunches, and one dinner).

Cancellation Policy:
Full registration refund before August 1, 2026. A credit toward the 2027 DC Summit will be issued for cancellations received between Aug. 2 - Sep. 30, 2026. No refund or credit for cancellations Oct. 1, 2026, or after. Hotel cancellation policy per the Kimpton Hotel Monaco DC.
