Thank you for being a past attendee! Join us at our DC Summit 2025 at the 2024 price of $859. Registration goes up March 11th when it opens to the general public for any remaining spots. The 2025 General Attendee Registration Fee is $919. The trip is limited to 100 attendees and will sell out.

2025 Trip Details:

We are excited that you will be joining us for the 5th anniversary of the DC Summit! Thank you for the feedback provided in the 2024 survey. We use the information to improve upon the Summit.

We will be back at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco DC for our third year by popular demand. Some other details to announce now:

• DC Summit will begin the evening of Tuesday (10/21) at 7:00 pm to allow for travel to DC on Tuesday, minimizing extra hotel nights.
• There is no programming on Friday (10/24) and it is meant to be a travel day for you to return at your leisure.
• Everyone loved business casual in 2024 so it’s here to stay. Leave those suits and the business formal attire at home, the entire program - including the Closing Dinner - will be business casual. 
• Both program days Wednesday (10/22) and Thursday (10/23) will begin at 10:00 am. A light continental breakfast will be provided on both days as in the past, however the late start time allows attendees the opportunity to coordinate their own breakfast meetings. 
• Our Wednesday evening (10/22) activity will be a surprise to celebrate our 5th anniversary. The activity will run from 5:00 – 8:00 pm and will include very heavy hors d'oeuvres as well as various food stations. This experience will have both outdoor and indoor components; while October weather in DC should be comfortable, pack a light jacket or windbreaker. This is sure to be a wonderful experience. 
• And, lastly – for now – we had an overwhelming amount of positive feedback for our family-style, closing dinner at Carmine’s. We will be returning to the restaurant for our DC Summit 2025 Closing Dinner. 

We have already begun to develop our program. The preliminary agenda will be released in the late summer, along with a few other exciting surprises!
The registration fee includes most meals for the duration of the Summit (three receptions with heavy appetizers, two light continental breakfasts, two lunches, snack breaks and one dinner).

Cancellation Policy: 

Full registration refund before August 21, 2025. No registration refunds after August 21, 2025; a credit toward the 2026 registration will be given instead. Hotel cancellation policy per the Kimpton Hotel Monaco DC.
